Fort Henry Expansion

Lanca Contracting Limited is honoured to continue our relationship with Fort Henry Self Storage through an expansion to their Henry Street site. Four new buildings will add a total of 96 new rental units of various sizes, including 40 climate-controlled spaces.

Our understanding of Fort Henry’s expectations allows us to efficiently manage this tight building site without impacting existing operations. We are working closely with City of Brantford Building and Planning Departments to coordinate phased delivery of the project to meet administrative requirements.
