Lanca Contracting Limited was the General Contractor for the recently completed four-bay, Station 11 Fire Hall in South Haldimand.  During harshest winters on record, Lanca was able to keep production on pace with the original schedule.  Site meetings were held regularly and were always well organized.  Despite the difficulties with the weather & bedrock that Lanca encountered, the project still finished more then 300,000 below the next nearest bidder, saving tax-payers a size-able amount of public money.  The construction process was smooth & communication was maintained every step of the way.  We felt comfortable that we had the right contractor for the job & would be more then pleased to work with Lanca on another project.
