Lanca Contracting Limited successfully completed The Bench, a five-storey mixed-use residential and commercial development located on the main thoroughfare in Beamsville, Ontario, in the heart of Niagara wine country. With convenient access to the QEW, nearby international airports, and the U.S. border, the development is ideally positioned within one of Southern Ontario's most desirable and growing communities.

Designed and constructed by Lanca as a Design-Build project, The Bench maximizes a limited development footprint while providing much-needed residential housing and commercial space. Drawing on extensive experience with multi-storey developments, Lanca coordinated the project design through construction, working closely with skilled trades and contractors to bring the vision to completion.

The building features commercial space on the ground floor with four storeys of residential condominium units above. A rooftop terrace provides residents with expansive views of the surrounding Niagara region and Lake Ontario, with the Toronto skyline visible across the lake.

The exterior combines brick veneer, stucco, and Hardie Board, creating a contemporary, multi-layered architectural design. With its modern finishes, desirable location, and thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces, The Bench is a distinctive addition to the growing Beamsville community.
